artists do the world a service to wake us up to the common and often mundane, to see potential, beauty at every turn.

I remember having an old underwood...which I gave to an art student to make a unique sculptural aesthetic statement. Stuff was done to this typewriter to make it art...but in your case, it becomes high art thru capable hands and eyes. Welldone...raising the bar!!!

very nice painting here...all of them. It's funny, I was looking at a very similar type writer the other day in a local second hand store...almost bought it just to paint. Mine would not have been this good! Glad you beat me to it. Thanks for the nice comment over on my blog. Love your work!
