Silver Dollar Eucalyptus is my fav kind of Eucalyptus, but it's rather rare in this part of the world (though it does exist).
This painting is impressive, stunning, takes my breath away when I see it. You keep pushing the bar higher and higher.
Best regards,
Carolina
beautiful composition and exquisite painting.
Incredibly beautiful painting. The silver is exquisite.
So, so beautiful and crisp. Another beautiful work. Can I ask a technical question? What brushes do you use?
I love Silver Dollar Eucalyptus and this is such a wonderful painting of it -- love the varied light on the leaves and the reflection in the curve of the pitcher. Beautiful choice of colors throughout this piece!!
Thank you everyone for your comments.
Kim, I use cat’s tongue brushes almost exclusively. They are nice because you can use then as a bright, filbert or round. Very versatile brushes.
Thanks M. I've never heard of those - I had to do an online search. Interesting!
Perfect!
As Don said it's Perfect!
The highlights especially are excellent!
Your paintings are beautiful and so vibrant. It is just a joy to look at them, I'm glad I found your blog.

The reflects in the silver vase are wonderful, very realist.
Sorry for my bad English. It is always a pleasure to visit you.
Wow how could you do the mirror effect? It is fantastic, I'm filled with envy at the moment:)
